*You have to be a paid-member for the calendar year 2024 to qualify for member rates. You can renew or apply for membership while registering for the 35th Annual Conference 2024.
**All discounted rates must be proven before or at the conference with an original certificate or confirmation
Late registration deadline has already passed and it is no longer possible to register online but the only option now is on-site registration.
However, currently you can still register online and secure your ticket for the following events: the banquet, dance, or student party (click here).
If you are sure to attend the Conference and register on site please send your details to ecs2024@marecamp.com so that we can prepare your bag and badge in time.

We are striving to minimize waste production during the conference.
