If you only wish to purchase your Membership separately WITHOUT registering for the conference (for ex: student and LOC volunteers): Purchase your MEMBERSHIP only
This year, the early bird registration will be open until March 31st. All first authors from accepted presentations will need to be registered by that deadline.

*You have to be a paid-member for the calendar year 2025 to qualify for member rates. You can renew or apply for membership while registering for the 36th Annual Conference 2025 or already purchase your membership here.
**All discounted rates must be proven before the conference (or at the conference for On site registration) with an original certificate or confirmation. The ECS defines a student as "any person who has been enrolled as a student in a third level institution within 12 months of the registration for the forthcoming conference".
STUDENT VOLUNTEERS
If you have been CONFIRMED as a student volunteer, please purchase your student membership (*Note: Student membership requires verification with your supervisor before it is approved. You will have to enter additional information during checkout): Purchase your MEMBERSHIP
Volunteers are students or organisers who have applied for and have been selected to volunteer at the conference, by prior arrangement with the ECS Student Representative or Organising Committee. More information, here.
Your free conference registration will be handled by the ECS treasurer. Once you have purchased your membership, you will be able to register to workshops yourself.

WORKSHOPS
You can register to half-day (20€) and full-day (30€) workshops. Two ECS student workshops are open to student members free of charge.
By registering to any workshop, you agree to be contacted by the workshop organisers about that workshop.
