This year, the early bird registration will be open until March 31st. However, we encourage you to register and book your travels sooner to ensure better deals.

*You have to be a paid member for the calendar year 2025 to qualify for member rates. You can renew or apply for membership while registering for the 36th Annual Conference online.
**All discounted rates must be proven before the conference with an original certificate or confirmation.
Be aware that workshop registration, student party tickets and banquet tickets will be also purchased online at due time.
