Guidelines for Presenters
The Scientific Committee extends heartfelt thanks to all contributors who submitted their work to the Conference. We received 607 abstracts, many of which were of exceptional scientific value, then subjected to evaluation by expert reviewers. Having a limited time of 3 Conference days and many high-quality works, we had the challenging task of selecting about 90 oral contributions and over 500 posters.
We regret not being able to accommodate everyone's preference regarding the presentation mode. At the same time, we would like to emphasize the importance of sharing each participant's work and we are confident that this collective effort will result in a highly successful Annual Conference.
POSTERS
Posters must be 900 mm (width) x 900 mm (height). We suggest using a minimum text size of 24 points to ensure readability from a distance of about 1-2 meters. Each poster must include a photo of the first author at the top left corner, the conference logo, and the poster number given by the Scientific Committee at the top right corner (check your number by looking at the Scientific Program here - to be updated soon-). Posters must be hung on the assigned panels using the adhesive tape or pins that will be provided by the conference organisers. It is useful to include a QR CODE that directs to a pdf file containing your poster so that interested colleagues can download it.
Official logos of the Conference are available here.

TALKS
To prepare your oral presentations and short talks, consider the format 16:9.
When creating your presentation slides, please keep in mind that each oral presentation should last 10 minutes, with an additional 2 minutes for Q&A. The expected duration of a short talk is 4 minutes.
We are striving to minimize waste production during the conference.
To help us achieve a successful low-waste event, we kindly encourage you to bring your own water bottle or cup.
