Registration will open on the 1st of March 2025. You can already purchase your membership here.
You will need to login or create a personal profile to register for this year's conference.
This year, the early bird registration will be open until March 31st. All first authors from accepted presentations will need to be registered by that deadline.

*You have to be a paid-member for the calendar year 2025 to qualify for member rates. You can renew or apply for membership while registering for the 36th Annual Conference 2025 or already purchase your membership here.
**All discounted rates must be proven before or at the conference with an original certificate or confirmation
Be aware that more information about workshop registration and payment will be shared online at due time. Student party, banquet and dancing tickets can be purchased already at the time of registration.

Student awards: We need people to evaluate student presentations (orals or posters) at the Conference, if you wish to help please select "I would like to be a Judge for this conference" when registering.
ECS Mentoring program for students by students: If you are a student, have already been to at least one ECS conference and would like to mentor a newcomer, simply check "I would like to be a student mentor for this conference" when registering (more info about the mentoring program, click here).
