CONFERENCE WORKSHOPS
Workshops will be held on Monday 12th and Tuesday 13th, May 2025, before the main plenary sessions of the ECS Conference 2025 (14th-16th May).
Submit a workshop proposal
We encourage workshop proposals relevant to our scientific community and in line with the conference motto "Navigating Waters of Change". Proposals include a short description of the intended workshop and information about the logistics needed. Workshops will be evaluated by the Scientific Committee and the Local Organising Committee to ensure that they meet conference standards and practicalities in situ.

Workshop rooms will be distributed around Ponta Delgada city centre, within walking distance from the main venues. Further information about workshops will be posted on this page.

Workshops have an associated cost that is NOT included in the conference registration, except when they are directly offered by the organizers:
- €20/person for a Half-Day workshop
- €30/person for a Full-Day Workshop
- STUDENT workshops will be given FREE OF CHARGE for students.
Information about workshop registrations and attendance payments will be shared through the ECS website at due time. Places will be limited so registrations will be on a first-come, first-served basis.
